Who we are
Craftsite (craftsite.co) builds websites for trade businesses in Massachusetts. If you have any question about this policy or your information, email [email protected].
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form: your business name, trade, name, email address, and — if you add them — your phone number, town, current website and message. We don’t ask for anything else, and we don’t buy contact lists.
How your enquiry reaches us
The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, which delivers your enquiry to our inbox by email. Web3Forms handles that data under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and talk through your project.
- If you become a client, to build, host and support your website.
We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries in our email for as long as we need them to respond and for normal business records. Ask us any time and we’ll delete yours.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores two small preferences on your own device — light or dark theme, and reduced motion — which never leave it. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the site is hosted on Netlify; both providers receive standard technical information such as your IP address when your browser requests those files.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete any information you’ve sent us by emailing [email protected].
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
